What are your shipping rates?

​Currently we offer free shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50 and some international countries, the shipping cost is no more than $6.

This may change later in the year depending on international shipping partnership agreements currently being arranged, however, for now we are able to offer competitive shipping pricing.

How soon will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of receipt and will arrive within 12 - 18 business days.  ​


Orders shipped to Canada typically take 7-28 days (Canadians, check out the customs paragraph below for why this might take slightly longer)

Orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe may take 15-28 days.

Average Delivery Times
 

  • United States: 12-18 Days
  • Canada: 7-28 Days
  • United Kingdom: 14-28 Days
  • Belgium: 7-20 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-20 Days
  • All other supported countries: 7-28 business days

  

What carriers do you use?

​Epacket and USPS First Class Priority mail in most cases. For orders of a high order value or wholesale orders we will use DHL. 

 

What are the benefits of using ePacket?

Quick! 90% of our orders arrive within 12-18 business days
Inexpensive: Epacket has lower shipping rates which allows us to price our products more competitively while supporting an international gaming community
Door-to-door tracking: End-to-end tracking without any additional costs. Tracking is provided through EMS and USPS.

 

Customs

Customs clearance processing times often play a part in how soon your package will be delivered.

In the United States, this tends to be very quick, often same-day.

Canada can take a little longer, up to two weeks, tho a few days is the more common scenario.

The EU Partners with DHL and has a very efficient customs clearing process of 0-4 days.

 

What happens if my order is lost?

If your order is lost or is taking longer than the estimated delivery window, we will initiate an investigation and figure out where the order is at and what the likelihood is that it will be delivered within 6 days. If the order is lost we will reinitiate it. It’s that easy.

Which countries do you ship to?

Here at RPGTs, we have both lived and traveled overseas extensively and love the international community of RPGers in addition to those in our home country of the United States.

As such, we decided to jump through all the hoops and centralize our shipping out of an overseas warehouse to ensure efficient delivery to a multitude of countries (and keep costs lower than fulfillment only stateside).

Currently we have established service to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Belgium

  

There is a growing list of countries that are able to benefit from the affordable ePacket service and where we will be expanding our services to in 2020.
